Padstone Consulting was established by the Directors Guy Graham, Richard Martinson and Paul Jennings in 2014. Previously working together at PDCM and between them bringing a wealth of market and project delivery experience from large and small professional organisations, which has proven to be a successful skill base for the development and growth of Padstone Consulting.
We are not a multi-disciplinary consultancy and our clients value our independence from other project disciplines within the project structure.
Whether it is delivering capital spend on asset management initiatives for REITs, or urban regeneration schemes for City Councils partnering with the private sector, we have both the depth of resource and knowledge. With a proven track record on schemes such as Swansea Central for Swansea City Council, Kingston Upon Thames for British Land and The Moor, Sheffield for Aberdeen Standard.
