Tenant Liasion

Padstone has extensive experience on projects requiring Agreement for Lease negotiation, compliant shell delivery and ongoing tenant liaison through fitout. We establish realistic shell delivery expectations within the Agreement for Lease in terms of delivery timescales, shell and fitout design coordination and access conditions. We work closely with the Development/Asset Manager, leasing agents and legal advisors in the preparation of technical information to support Agreements for Lease. Padstone has provided advice to developers on a number of feasibility studies in order to establish viability and thereafter developing the project brief. Working closely with the Development Manager, we will coordinate the various elements, provide construction advice, collate and prepare the feasibility study incorporating various options analysis for presentation to the Client for review and sign off. We will establish the key drivers for the client in terms of long or short term investment, degree of profitability required and timescales for delivery. Thereafter, Padstone will advise on who needs to contribute to the feasibility and which services need to be procured from outside the client organisation.
