Padstone have been appointed as Project Managers and Employer's Agent for all project work at The Moor, Sheffield by Aberdeen Standard Investments.
Two projects are currently on-site there, the redevelopment of a block, adjacent to the main thoroughfare of Furnival Gate, known as Phase 3 and the former BHS Department Store.
Phase 3, which will provide 8,800 sq m of new retail and leisure units, is due to complete in July 2019. Terms have been agreed with H&M, who will anchor the scheme, as well as Lane 7 Bowling. Padstone have been appointed as Project Managers and Employer's Agent for the scheme and are also managing the tenant liaison and co-ordination. Padstone also manage the reconfiguration of the old BHS unit on The Moor to facilitate the tenant of Next Plc, who will be opening a new Store there in 2019.
Padstone have previously managed projects on The Moor to deliver three retail / A3 kiosks, two of which are currently leased to Caffe Nero and Dunkin' Donuts, with also A1 Retail units leased to JD Sports and Gap Outlet.
