After 2 years this remains his dream and he couldn't wait any longer so he's bought a new Triumph Scrambler - almost living the dream!!!
When this summary was first written, Richard was trying to get a 1968 Triumph Bonneville back on the road. After 4 years he has now realised that dream (with help, a lot of help from a proper mechanic!!). If you need your motorbike customising from the bare bones of a frame or a classic sorting out then check out http://www.v-moto.co.uk (Viv Cowley). Richard is currently negotiating with his wife as to why it is essential to have more than one motorbike in the garage. So what has this got to do with project management, to put it simply we get the right team together to sort the problem out and use our negotiation skills to realise the right outcome.
