Project description

British Land's external Project Manager for the development and delivery of capital works expenditure at Broughton Park. In conjunction with British Land's legal team, we have successfully negotiated Agreements for Lease and shell works for incoming/relocated tenants, Primark, M&S, Bodyshop, EE, Clarks, Clogau, Footasylum and more to come. In addition, the park has undergone a transformation with public realm, car parking refurbishments and facade replacements. Sitewide signage replacement is imminent and a new public space with A3 pods received planning consent in 2017 following a complex negotiation to agree the Transport Assessment with Statutory Consultees. Padstone manages RIBA stages 1 to 6 and works closely with British Land Development and Asset Management teams, sustainability and marketing departments as well as Broadgate Estates who manage the day to day running of the park.
